Blend: 100% Chardonnay

Fermentation: 

100% whole bunch pressed, and barrel fermented with native yeast in new and neutral French oak barrels, full Malo-lactic fermentation

Aging: 50% new French oak on lees for 10 months

Bottled: Without finning or filtering
