Our 100% Pinot Noir Clone 943 greets you with aromas of red fruit, fresh herbs and black pepper. The palate is light to medium-bodied upon entry with complex flavors of cherry, red plum, rose petals, and sage, finishing with allspice, and loamy earth undertones.

Blend: 100% Pinot Clone 943

Fermentation:  100% de-stemmed and fermented with native yeast in an open top 1-ton fermenter on skins for 17 days, gently basket pressed

Aging: 25% new French oak on lees for 10 months

Bottled: Without finning or filtering
