This is a unique style of rosé that blends 75% Syrah with 25% Albariño, all estate grown. Aromas of orange sherbet are quite juicy on the nose, though cut by an earthy edge. The palate offers watermelon juice, orange rind and pastry flavors, bolstered by fresh acidity.

Production Notes
Fermentation: Foot tread and left on skins for 4 hours. Euro-pressed and barrel fermented with native yeast in neutral oak barrels
Aging: Aged 8 months in neutral oak barrels
Bottled: Without finning or filtering
