Our Estate Chardonnay features bright aromas of light stone fruit, pineapple, and apple. On the palate, lively flavors of citrus play with subtle notes of buttered toast and our signature sea salt minerality. 

Production Notes

Blend: 100% Chardonnay
Fermentation: 100% whole bunch pressed, and barrel fermented with native yeast in new and neutral French oak barrels, full malolactic fermentation
Aging: 11% new French oak on lees for 11 months
Bottled: Without fining or filtering
Production: 216 cases
