Inspired by our newest Islay Hill Estate wines, Chef Rachel has crafted a five-course menu that celebrates the rich, vibrant traditions of Mexican cuisine—a thoughtful nod to Día de los Muertos, observed across Latin and Mexican cultures that first November weekend.
