Nuanced aromas of raspberry, sage, black pepper, allspice and rose petals to this gently perfumed wine. The palate is rich and soft, with red fruit and spices. Biodynamically farmed.
Varietal/ Blend: 100% Pinot Noir
Fermentation: This wine was 35% whole cluster fermented with native yeast in an open top 1 ton fermenter on the skins for 17 days and gently basket pressed.
Aging: 20% new French oak on lees for 10 months
Bottled: Without finning or filtering
