Aromas of both fresh and charred strawberry and cranberry meet with herby myrtle and a pulverized rock minerality on the nose of this bottling of the 2A clone. There's a firm tension to the palate, where cranberry, hibiscus and fresh pomegranate flavors are wrapped in a light wood spice. — Matt Kettmann

Profile

The 2020 Greengate Clone 2A Pinot Noir has aromas of Italian maraschino cherries, pomegranate, lavender and forest floor. On entry, the palate is fruit-forward, with low tannins, driven by flavors of roasted red plum, hibiscus, and a hint of spice.
