With a profile reminiscent of the 2023 vintage, this Pinot Noir leans into the dark forest fruit character of Edna Valley’s cooler pockets. Aromas of dark cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant unfold alongside a kiss of vanilla.

Blend: 100% Pinot Noir 
Fermentation:  100% de-stemmed and fermented with native yeast in an open top 1-ton fermenter on skins for 17 days, gently basket pressed
Aging: 33% new French oak on lees for 11 months
Bottled: Without fining or filtering
