Profile

Grown on one of the only volcanic slope vineyards in the area, this bottling is fresh with strawberry, cranberry and dark florals, yet refined with an elegant balance. Lively and fresh raspberry and strawberry flavors pop on the palate followed by subtle notes of tobacco spice.

Production Notes

Blend: 100% Grenache
Fermentation: 100% de-stemmed and fermented with native yeast in an open top 1-ton fermenter on skins for 17 days, gently basket pressed
Aging: Aged for 11 months in neutral and (25%) new French oak barrels
Bottled: Without fining or filtering
