A meaty core of blackberry and leather aromas are dusted in thyme, fennel pollen and peppercorn on the nose of this bottling. The palate is intense with baked berry and charred meat flavors that are drizzled in iodine and sprinkled with more wild herb elements. --Matt Kettmann
