This Syrah opens with concentrated aromas of dark stone fruit, dark berries and warm leather. Full-bodied and tannic, this savory wine boasts flavors of charred meat, baked berries, cinnamon and peppercorn spice.

Varietal: 100% Syrah
Fermentation: 100% de-stemmed and fermented with native yeast in an open top 1-ton fermenter on skins for 17 days, gently basket pressed
Aging: 33% on new French oak 
Alcohol: 13.5%
Bottled: Without fining or filtering
