Our Estate Chardonnay features opulent aromas of lemon, apple, and guava. On the palate, lively flavors of citrus with tones of crème brûlée and butterscotch, rounded out with a subtle briny finish.

Blend: 100% Chardonnay
Fermentation: 100% whole bunch pressed, and barrel fermented with native yeast in new and neutral French oak barrels, full malo-lactic fermentation
Aging: 50% new French oak on lees for 10 months
Bottled: Without fining or filtering
